To get started, book a 30-minute telehealth consultation with Garrett for $30.
Once booked, you will be asked to fill out a detailed intake questionnaire.
Garrett will evaluate you based on the Traditional Chinese Medical model. Together, you will discuss your unique TCM heath patterns.
Garrett will offer lifestyle, dietary and herbal therapy changes that will positively impact your health and wellbeing.
When needed, Garrett will help you locate an Acupuncturist or other health care provider in your local area.
Transform Your Life
As T. S. Eliot said
“What we call the beginning is often the end. And to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we start from.”
Without even knowing it T.S. Eliot perfectly described the concept of Yin and Yang. Beginnings and endings are not mutually exclusive. You need one to happen before the other can take root. But, to see your new life rise from the ashes, you must “Reframe Living”.
So, how do I start?
Author Richard Bach said it the best “A tiny change today brings a dramatically different tomorrow.”
To make sustainable changes in your life you must make little changes that you can build good habits on.
For me the first change was deciding to live instead of just existing. I changed my mind, I “Reframed Living”.
Second, I took a hard look at myself and then began to change my body with intermittent fast. Starting at 311lb, 222 days later I had lost 100lb.
Finally, I changed my heart, with decision to share my journey with you.
